Add funds to an existing wallet.

This is the same as “Credit” with the exception that walletid and passcode are necessary to identify the proper wallet.

When adding funds to the wallet, no redirect URL will be returned. Instead, the results of the transactions will be returned directly as normal remote credit card payments as explained in this document.
