Configure Email Section


This section allows you to specify basic email sending parameters.

This includes options for:

  • disabling sending confirmation emails to customers upon purchase.

  • disabling sending confirmation emails to yourself upon purchase.

  • removing blank lines when variable is empty within email templates.

  • setting a default email address for their merchant confirmations. (see note 1)

To use this feature, adjust the option on screen and click on the ‘Configure Email’ button. At which point, your adjustment will be saved and instantly apply to your account.

Notes:

  1. this default email address is only used when the transaction’s data does not contain the ‘publisher-email’ variable. When this default email address is used, it will also be used for the From email address the customer sees within their confirmation email.
