Usage

There are two methods for submitting a batch file. This document mainly deals with submitting files through the transaction administration area. You may also submit files using the API, refer to the Remote Client Integration Specification for details on this method.

This form is used to upload a file that contains transactions you would like to have processed. To use this service, your company will need to create a tab-delimited file containing a header and transaction data. Once submitted, the file will be processed within 24 hours.

File: Select the text file you want to upload to the system.

Email Address for batch results: Email address that the results link will be sent to.

Batch ID: The ID you want to assign to this batch. It must be unique but is not required. An ID will be generated if none is entered.

Result File Format: This decides the format of the file you are sending and the format of the results you will receive. incl. header is the default format and should be used in almost all cases. No header is an older format that is in place for older customers using the system. It should not be used.
